Will dandruff from a regimen of no shampoo (no-poo) go away on its own?

It will not go away on it's own...and you will have to go back to shampooing your hair...sorry! Dandruff is a bacteria infection, probably part from not washing your hair. It can be caused by other things but, I'm betting that it's from not washing, you will have to use a medicated shampoo to get rid of it, and you will also need to wash any comes and brushes as well as sheets and pillow cases to remove it.
