Is a roo stuffed animal valuable?

i have a roo stuffed animal from the pooh 100 acre collectoin and i want to know if it is worth any money. I already know that someone is selling one on e bay for $24.88, but i would like to know if they are charging to much or little. Mine is in good condition, has the original tag, and has his little blue shirt on. The one on ebay does not. thank you
