Which fighter aircraft will be used in keeping the No-Fly Zone in Libya?

From Britain it will most likely be GR4's (tornado's) I believe that we no longer have and navy harriers. The sea harriers were taken out of service last year, I believe all harriers have been or are in the process of being removed from service. Leaving us with the euro fighter typhoon and the tornado's.
