My thirteen year old daughter has wrinkles?

so i am a foster parent and i we have decided to adopt one of the foster children, she came from a pretty bad home (i won't go into detail) but she says she used to be miserable all the time and that's why she puts her face in "that" position, she says that she used to did allot more when she lived with her biological mom. but my question is could it be possible for her to have such deep set wrinkles from faces expressions? it looks VERY advanced, she is turning 14 in Dec 11 and but she has the wrinkles of a 30 year old woman. of course i tell her shes beautiful even though her clmates make fun of her, we decided to get her a haircut that was more discrete with bangs. i am kinda getting off topic but what could cause a girl so young to have such bad forehead and between the eyebrow wrinkles? she doesn't have crows feet or any other wrinkles, just the ones around her forehead and the ones between the eyes?
