Help me plz!!! its a 911 emergency?

well ii want to be an editor when ii grow up im even having a yearbook cl and ii want to work in teen vogue or project runway magazine...but ii dont know what ii need to get the job ii dont want some one to tell me ii cant do it because if ii really want it ii would get it but ii just need reasonable answers...thaxxx
