Vasectomy Question?

Is it really possible for a Vasectomy to reverse itself on it's own? What is the likelihood of this happening? Has anyone had it happen to them? How long after the Vasectomy did the pregnancy occur? My hubby had one done nearly ten years ago, and I am wondering what the likelihood of an "accident" would be. Should he get a re-check? Mature answers only, thanks!
