Im 17 and first car under 20k.?

okay i reallly love tuners and i want one so here are some choices.supra,skyline r33, silvia s15, vr4 or any tuner. i want my first car to be a car you dont really see and turns heads not like g35 and 350z that you see everyday. and i want it to the car i will fix up and keep for life not just a car i use then sell a year or two later. so any help?
