Last year I had one ovary removed, now Im getting the pain again?

I am experiencing almost exactly what I experienced then, and now Im getting scared. I really want to have a baby and have been trying for about 7 months with no luck. Now that I'm having these pains again, Im afraid for the Dr. to tell me I cant have a child.. I am having pains daily in my lower left abdomen(same as before). Its constant pain, if I put pressure, it gets worse. I know Im not constipated or anything(I say that because last time I was misdiagnosed by the idiots at Rahway,NJ hospital) Which left me after a ton of the wrong medicine in worse pain, and sittin on the toilet all day and night until I went back and got sent to a better hosp., nd got emergency surgery that same night. My question is basically are both ovaries located in the same place? I dont have ins., so should I go to the hosp. or what? Someone please help me...
