I have a 2yr old baby and his weight is 11.75kg is it fine?

his eating habbits are not good if he likes food he will eat if no then he will not eat he has skin elergy he gets fever after every 15days and too high and he doest'nt eat any thing when he has fever he looks very thin i am wooried about him so what should i do please tell me ?
