How can I show him what he's missing?

I've been in a long distance relationship and it was a disaster! The biggest regret is that when cirstances forced us apart that I didn't break up with him then and leave him as the perfect man I thought him to be. Would either of you consider moving to another country, giving up work for the off chance that this might work out? Honestly I can't see that happening, its too risky! You still have his friendship, if you crossed the boundaries and it failed to work you would lose his friendship! Trust me, I've lost a friendship with my ex and that is what hurts the most. All I want is my friend back. Don't go making the same mistake! There is no guarantee that my situation is identical to yours and that you can't make it work. Its just a mive risk. There will be another man for you out there who will make you so happy, after what you have been through you truly deserve that! And if you are meant to be with this guy, then fate will bring him to you!
