Me and the mrs have been asked to do food at a local pub on Sat and Sun. To give you the idea its in a pit village near Sheffield with the locals usually giving the kids a bag of crisps for their dinner. There were people doing food before like burgers and quiche an chips an the locals loved it (they used to order 2 to take home an feed the family). So thats the audience. Im thinkin get em used to the stuff they know like burgers etc before each week introducing meals one at a time like pastas or stir frys or eventually things like nachos but I darent give them my mums african curries yet. What do you think? What would you like to see on the menu?
